Central Office Good morning and welcome to the official website of the Housing Authorities of the City and County of Fresno. For over 60 years this Agency has been providing Affordable Housing solutions to families throughout the County. Today, over 20,000 households receive some type of assistance from the Fresno Housing Authority.

The Housing Authority is a combined agency, for both the City and County of Fresno. Most services and programs are operated in both locations. This site has been developed to provide you with a significant amount of information about these opportunities. Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (Vita)

If your household income was less than $50,000 in 2011, you qualify for FREE tax help. You may also qualify for the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC). Last year VITA helped over 6,000 families file their taxes FREE!
